SDCIA will be featuring 3 of the most successful real estate investors that flip single family homes and multi-family properties in San Diego.
The panel will consist of Derek Harms of Compass, Nick Davison of Sterling Investment Group, and Andrew Greer of Thomas Strafford Investments.
All three have successful track record of acquiring and repositioning real estate in the San Diego market.

Andrew Greer began his career in Finance in 2009. In early 2011 Andrew directed his focus to becoming the asset manager vs salesman. With a desire to grow into larger assets he began putting his energy towards zoning and city planning. Andrew currently has over 50 units in either construction or permitting and his team also manage multiple Airbnbs.

Nick Davison has been in Real Estate for 10+ years and has flipped over 500 houses and apartment buildings in San Diego grossing hundreds of millions of dollars. He currently sits as CEO of Sterling Investment Group, helping people invest in local real estate houses and apartment buildings with him.

Derek Harms, active investor, award-winning Realtor, President of the North San Diego Real Estate Investor Association, & now real estate partner of the San Diego Padres. He purchased his first investment property in 2010 for $22,500, and since then he’s owned or been involved in Single Family Home Flips, Apartment Building Syndication, Mobile Home Parks, Lending, and Property Management.
