where to go can be daunting. There are an unlimited number of possibilities on where to go and you

Each month is a working meeting were you can bring your own deals and as a group we will help with the due diligence, share advice, and discuss funding opportunities, etc.
The goal of this class is to get everyone in the group to pull the trigger on deals.

Stewart will cover important topics such as: The Market Analysis, evaluating the deal, Inspections, insurance and appraisals, making the offer, financing the
deal, and property management. He will also provide insights into how to conduct a boots on the ground visits to
evaluate markets for potential investment, provide insights for property security, preparing leases, tenant
evictions and purchasing auction properties.
You will feel confident of your abilities in performing the research so if you haven’t locked anything in during the class,
you will have the knowledge and skill to perform the tasks on other markets until you decide what is right for you.
