Together, Byron and Nate teamed-up in early 2022 as part of the community engagement arm of the Midway Rising Development
Team to redevelop the 46-acre San Diego sports arena site. The project will build a new state-of-the art 16,000 seat arena, 2,000 affordable
housing units, 2,000 market-rate units, a 15-acre park, a childcare facility, 120,000 square feet of retail, and parking. They have assisted in the
permitting process of over 600-units within Complete Communities and an additional 1,200-units outside of Complete Communities in the City of San Diego.
