Creating Cashflow with Self Storage
Terri and Alia are the co-founders of Investors in Action and managers for the Capital Storage Fund. They have over 30 years of combined real estate experience and specialize in turning around distressed self-storage properties. Since launching their company nearly 6 years ago, these ladies have purchased several thousand cashflowing storage units, rental properties and private loans. Terri and Alia have personally participated in over $30M worth of real estate transactions in 20 states since 1999.
Additionally, these ladies believe in leveraging passive income to be able to give more generously of their time and money on causes they care about and teaching other investors how to create a legacy. They have a mission of supporting financial literacy programs for women and youth.
Terri and Alia will be sharing their passion for why buying economically distressed self-storage properties are perfect for generating cashflow and building long term wealth. They are fund managers for the Capital Storage Fund – a company that acquires low occupancy self-storage properties with potential for increased cashflow and overall value using their revenue optimization process. Together they help educate the investor community in how to invest in self storage.
Terri and Alia have personally invested in 20 states around the country, successfully completing many of their ventures remotely. They’ve done everything from rehabbing and home staging, to long-term and vacation property rentals, notes, private lending and other commercial ventures.
